Court Date - As a reminder to everyone, the court date for Mr. Paragallo's charges is next Monday, June 22nd. If you would like to voice your opinion in a polite and respectful manner it's recommended that you contact the DA for Greene County, NY.  It is common with some cases that plea bargains can be offered which can greatly reduce any punishment and fines.  It would be advantageous for the horses if they could have their full day in court.  Please call/email or fax your concern/opinion to ensure that the maximum penalty will prevail as allowed by law.  It's important to hear from the public.  Thank you.
